I was 255 when I began my fitness journey and believe me it wasn’t easy. Discipline, commitment, and sacrifice was 3 things that kept me going and my love , passion and career in Mixed Martial Arts is what kept me consistent .
I’ve learned what it means to make no excuses and go after your Goals.
It took me a solid 8 months but I’ve kept it off for 8 years and haven’t looked back.
I went from 255 pounds, fat and out of shape, and fought at 155—a weight people said I’d never reach because I was “BIG” my whole life. But one thing about me: if you say I can’t do something, I’ll prove you wrong every time.
